Abstract

Abstract：In 2022，National Rule of Law Index research of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Research center and Law Institute rule of law index innovation project team ananlyze and assesse the openness of government affairs in China.The assessment targets include 48 State Council departments，31 provincial-level governments，49 large municipal governments，120 counties.According to the evaluation results，In 2022，governments will continue to open democratic and scientific decision-making information，open the information which help optimize the business environment，open the information which standardize the government to manage，open the information which strengthen the guarantee of people's livelihood，the mechanism construction of the government affairs open platform is generally better.In the future，it is still necessary to further enhance the public awareness of governments at all levels，refine the requirements for openness in government affairs，meet the growing demands of the people's openess requirements.
