5.8　Installation of Corridors，Truss

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

5.8.1　The deformation and peeling of paint on steel element due to handling，piling and hoisting shall be corrected and repaired.

Check quantity:10% random check for elements and at least 4 pieces.

Check method:visual check or pull a line and check with a steel rule.

Ⅱ　General Items

5.8.2　The padding plate of inclined loading bridge shall be closely contacted with the track and track beam.

Check quantity:10% random check for padding plates and at least 10 pieces.

Check method:manual hammering and visual check.

5.8.3　The allowable installation deviation of loading belt corridors truss and support shall meet the requirements in Table 5.8.3.

Check quantity:full check.

Check method:see Table 5.8.3.

5.8.4　The allowable installation deviation for inclined loading bridge of charging car shall meet the requirements in Table 5.8.4.
