6.6　Commissioning of Gas Sampling Device

6.6.1　The commissioning of gas sampling device shall meet the following requirements:

1　Run the sampling car and adjust the travel limit switch according to the design documents.

2　Run the sampling car and stop at each specified position，then move to and fro in the whole stroke for at least 3 times，the operation shall be stable and the stop position shall be accurate，the opening/closing operation of the limit switch shall be flexible and reliable.

3　Normally open/close the gas check valve for at least 3 times and the operation shall be flexible and reliable.

4　The cooling water in sampling tube and cooler shall maintain unblocked without leakage.
